Kerry Dixon

Starting from the understanding that knowledge production is a practice that evolves through relationships, Kerry’s approach to project development is centered in open dialogue, personal integrity, and intellectual curiosity. After working for American Studies and the University Press of Kansas, Kerry moved to New York to learn more about the multi-faceted world of publishing at Poets & Writers and The Rosen Publishing Group. She went on to further her career in academic publishing as an Acquisitions Editor at the University Press of Colorado and the University of Illinois Press. With an academic background in interdisciplinary research, cultural studies, literature, and history, Kerry seeks to foster rigorous scholarship that engages critically, intervenes strategically, and informs broadly.
